3. Bookings and Cancellations
3.1 Lesson bookings are subject to instructor availability and must be scheduled in advance.
3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3.3 No refunds are provided for missed lessons without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment must be made in full before the commencement of lessons unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment systems.
4.3 All fees are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by SA Driving School Group.
5. Conduct During Lessons
5.1 Students must follow the instructions of the instructor at all times during lessons.
5.2 Any behavior that endangers safety or violates traffic laws will result in immediate termination of the lesson without a refund.
5.3 SA Driving School Group reserves the right to discontinue services for students displaying inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
6. Liability
6.1 SA Driving School Group and its instructors are not liable for any fines, penalties, or damages incurred during or after the driving lessons.
6.2 Students assume full responsibility for their actions once they are in control of the vehicle.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 SA Driving School Group values your privacy and will only use your personal information for lesson-related purposes.
7.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials, including manuals and resources provided during lessons, are the property of SA Driving School Group.
8.2 Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved amicably.
