Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving our reminder to ensure your slot is reserved. - Cancellation or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This helps us offer the slot to another client. - Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee. - No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee. - Exceptions
